I think that he did a great job playing his role as the joker. And he would be worthy of an Oscar... if he was alive. I think he got a lot of the fame, because he died... Christian Bale did a great job playing Batman, and he is alive. I don't think someone should get an Oscar when they arent alive. THey arent there to enjoy it. Someone who did a great job on another movie might be missing the opportunity to get an Oscar, because he got it...and he is dead. I am not bashing Heath, but I don't think that a dead person should be able to get an Oscar. The whole point is to honor those who did a great job, but you present the awards to them while they are still here. I mean, the Hall of Fame, or a Hollywood Star would be good, but not an Oscar in my opinion.
